Intermixing

At GB Gummi LLP, we leverage our advanced Intermesh intermixing system, which integrates a Hydraulic RAM with cutting-edge TCU controls. Recognizing the unique properties of each rubber compound, we precisely manage mixing based on Temperature, Energy, and Time using our advanced recipe management system.

Our custom-designed intermix system ensures a dust and contamination-free environment, meeting the highest standards of precision and efficiency. This meticulous approach guarantees that every compound is optimally mixed to deliver superior performance in every application.

Final Batching and Testing

We use an advanced intermixing system and robust stock blending unit for perfect rubber compound mixing. After efficient cooling, the rubber is cut into sheets or strips to meet customer requirements, ensuring high-quality, tailored solutions.

Straining

We offer in-house straining to meet customers’ specific needs for rubber components in critical applications. Using a gear pump extruder, we filter and purify the rubber compound, ensuring top-quality standards and purity.

Testing Laboratory

We have the below testing equipment to facilitate and validate our rubber compounds.

FULL FORM OF RM/Rubber	Derivative of butyl rubber which has been reacted with chlorine in a continuous process
Benefits	Low gas permeability Excellent ozone resistance Good steam resistance Good fire resistance.
Limitations	Poor resistance to oils and non-polar solvents .

Applications / Products	Inner tyre tubes, breathing apparatus for defence and fire services, Dampers.

ASTM Classification:	HNBR
FULL FORM OF RM/Rubber	Hydrogenated (≥ 90% saturation) version of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, which shows improved stability and physical properties compared to standard NBR
Benefits	Good resistance to oils and non-polar solvents High tensile strength Good ozone and weathering resistance Good abrasion resistance Excellent heat resistance.
Limitations	Decreased low temperature flexibility compared to NBR Poor steam resistance.

FULL FORM OF RM/Rubber	Copolymer of fluorovinyl and methyl siloxane
Benefits	Excellent resistance to high and low temperatures Excellent ozone resistance Excellent compression set resistance Good resistance to oils and most non-polar solvents.
Limitations	Poor tensile strength and abrasion resistance.
Service Temperature °C	-60 to 200°C
Applications / Products	Food and medical applications, aircraft fuel systems.

FULL FORM OF RM/Rubber	Polydimethylsiloxane containing vinyl (VMQ)
Benefits	Excellent resistance to high and low temperatures.
Limitations	Poor tensile strength Poor resistance to oils and non-polar solvents.
Service Temperature °C	-60 to 225°C
Applications / Products	Food and medical applications.

FULL FORM OF RM/Rubber	Polymers based on polyepichlorohydrin which may also contain ethylene oxide and allyl glycidyl ether
Benefits	Excellent ozone resistance Good resistance to oils .Fire resistance.
Limitations	Poor resistance to some non-polar solvents Poor steam resistance.
Service Temperature °C	-35 to 125°C
Applications / Products	Seals, gaskets, diaphragms, cable jackets and belting.

FULL FORM OF RM/Rubber	Natural Rubber
Benefits	High Tensile Properties, Better Abrasion resistance, Good Resilience properties
Limitations	Poor resistance to oils and fuels, inferior weather resistance.
