Straining

To meet the specific requirements of customers who produce rubber components for critical applications, we provide an in-house straining service. This process uses a gear pump extruder to filter and purify the rubber compound. By employing this advanced technology, we ensure that the compound maintains the highest standards of quality and purity, meeting the rigorous demands of our clients.

End To End Traceability

With our advanced barcoding system, we ensure end-to-end traceability, tracking every rubber batch from Mixing to Dispatch. Our unique batch numbers provide full transparency and accountability, reflecting our commitment to high standards and precision.

Astute Mixing & Controlling

We use an advanced mixing system with automatic dosing and weighing to eliminate human error. Our data acquisition and supervisory controls ensure every product meets customer specs. This meticulous process guarantees consistent quality in every batch.

Limitations	Decreased low temperature flexibility compared to NBR Poor steam resistance.
