End-To-End Traceability

Material Traceability is a hallmark of our operations. Each batch of our rubber compounds is rigorously monitored and recorded. We utilize an advanced online barcoding system that seamlessly integrates each phase of production, including Mixing, Testing, and Dispatch.

This system ensures complete transparency and accountability, generating unique batch numbers that encapsulate detailed information about each mix. Our robust traceability ensures each compound meets our exacting standards, reflecting our dedication to precision and excellence in every product we deliver.

Astute Mixing & Controlling

We use an advanced mixing system with automatic dosing and weighing to eliminate human error. Our data acquisition and supervisory controls ensure every product meets customer specs. This meticulous process guarantees consistent quality in every batch.

Intermixing

We utilize our advanced Intermesh intermixing system, which combines Hydraulic RAM with TCU controls. By precisely managing Temperature, Energy, and Time, we ensure each rubber compound is optimally mixed in a dust-free environment for superior performance.

Final Batching and Testing

We use an advanced intermixing system and robust stock blending unit for perfect rubber compound mixing. After efficient cooling, the rubber is cut into sheets or strips to meet customer requirements, ensuring high-quality, tailored solutions.

FULL FORM OF RM/Rubber	Hydrogenated (≥ 90% saturation) version of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, which shows improved stability and physical properties compared to standard NBR
Benefits	Good resistance to oils and non-polar solvents High tensile strength Good ozone and weathering resistance Good abrasion resistance Excellent heat resistance.
Limitations	Decreased low temperature flexibility compared to NBR Poor steam resistance.

FULL FORM OF RM/Rubber	Copolymer of fluorovinyl and methyl siloxane
Benefits	Excellent resistance to high and low temperatures Excellent ozone resistance Excellent compression set resistance Good resistance to oils and most non-polar solvents.
Limitations	Poor tensile strength and abrasion resistance.

Applications / Products	Food and medical applications, aircraft fuel systems.

Benefits	Excellent resistance to high and low temperatures.

Benefits	High Tensile Properties, Better Abrasion resistance, Good Resilience properties
